This message is to inform all users from Contentserv and Shoppingfeed, part of Centric Software, of an important change regarding IT support requests.
**Effective Monday, 26 January 2026**, all IT Support requests must be submitted exclusively through the **IT Services & Datacenter Services Portal**.

The portal will provide a **single point of access** for all IT-related needs across the group, ensuring:
· A consistent and user-friendly experience for all employees
· Faster handling and resolution of requests through standardized workflows
· Clear visibility and tracking of request status and history
· A centralized service catalog to help submit the right request the first time
· Improved communication through centralized updates and notifications
From this date onward, requests submitted via the old Contentserv Helpdesk Portal, email, phone, or other channels will no longer be processed. Please make sure to bookmark the portal and use it for all IT incidents, service requests, and access needs.
All active requests on the old helpdesk portal will still be processed on it, as usual.
